Arvind Swami and Mani Ratnam have created magic whenever they have come together. The first look of Swami is out and today we will see the first look of the other star, may be Silambarasan/Simbu. The name of Swami’s character is Varadan. We can see him wearing a red shirt in the still with an angry expression on his face. There is a scar on his cheek and he has closely cropped hair. Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is an action thriller and will be dubbed in Telugu as Nawab. Swami and Ratnam have collaborated before for projects like Thalapathy, Roja, Bombay, Alaipayuthey and Kadal. He was the hero in Ratnam’s Indira that dealt with caste politics.
